We are working on getting Summer Toned Legs today! We are doing the best workout today to tone our legs! We are using a TOWEL!! If you don’t have a hard wood or hard floor surface then grab some paper plates. You can do these same things with plates on carpeting!

Fold the towel in 1/2 and and plant your base leg. Take it to a reverse lunge. Sliding it back and in.You will really feel this on the base leg here. You can get down really low with the towel gliding you. Switch it over and repeat on the other side. You CAN add weights, but, using your own body weight here is challenging enough.

Moving over to OUTER THIGHS. Take it to the SIDE and back in.

Going down next for RUNNER LUNGE. Squat down on base leg, weight is forward. With the other active leg, take the towel out and in. You will really feel this on that base leg quad.

This is burning! It should feel very challenging.

Last exercise… take it down to your BACK, place the towel under one foot. Take the towel OUT and IN! You can put this under your heel or toe but you will feel it most under your hamstring.

A lot of people worldwide are now dying to become like their favorite TV personalities, and would do everything just to have a perfect body, the same as their idols. Women would want to have a curvaceous and sexy body, while men would do everything just to have a toned body with great muscles. If you’re like these men, here’s six best exercise to gain muscle that you should follow in order to build those muscles fast:

Flat Dumbbell Chest Press

Perform this exercise by lying on a bench while holding two dumbbells on both hands and bring the dumbbells upward in a slow motion. After which, lower the dumbbells in a slow and controlled manner. Do this exercise for as many repetitions as you can.

Close grip chin-ups

Get a hold of a chin-up bar and hang into it, and then slowly pull yourself up to the bar. While on top, hold yourself for a moment and then slowly go all the way down. Repeat the movement all over again.

Seated DB Shoulder Press

This is one of the best exercise to gain muscle and is done by sitting on a bench with both hands holding the dumbbells at shoulder level and slowly bringing them overhead. Avoid locking your elbows out when doing this motion. Bring the dumbbells down slowly and repeat the process again.

Bicep Curls

Sit on a bench and hold the dumbbells while leaving your arms to hang down on the side of the bench. Just make sure to keep your elbows to stay near your body while you lift the dumbbells up slowly and in a controlled manner. Pause for a little bit while the dumbbells are up, and then bring them down again.

Squat

Begin the exercise in a standing position and keep your feet apart from each other in a shoulder width and slowly bend down your knees and hips. When you descend, do it as if you are about to sit on a chair and keep on descending until your thighs will be in parallel with the floor. And then slowly rise while keeping your torso to position at the same angle as the floor and never allow your knees to touch each other, and then repeat the movement again.

Standing Calve Raises

Perform this exercise by standing straight while your knees are locked and then put the barbell right on your back shoulders. Position your feet at the edge of a chair with your toes pointing forward and then lower your heels as far as possible. And then, raise your heels up slowly, until such time that you are back to the standing position and then start all over again.

Barbel Deadlift

While your feet is flatten on the floor beneath the bar, begin to squat and hold the bar in the same width as your shoulder. And then lift the bar slowly while extending your hips as well as your knees to full extensions. Afterwards, pull your shoulders back on top of the lift and repeat the process again.

Aside from performing the best exercise to gain muscle, it is essential that you also a follow well-balanced diet. Another thing to remember is to take proper rest and recovery in between your workouts, because these are essential in the development of your muscles. Because if you don’t have a healthy diet, and if you don’t take some rest, then all your efforts for building muscle will just go into waste.
